I had the pleasure of working with Brent on my last contract position as Administration Manager for a company in Penticton. I held that position for just under two years. During that time, Brent was always accessible and prompt in responding to our IT needs. His calm, pleasant and professional manner made working with him easy and he was always willing to share his knowledge if he thought it might help for future problems. Brent supplied his services on a 24 hour basis often being able to work behind the scenes from his own office. I always found him to be knowledgeable and helpful and his rates fair and reasonable.

Our office was actually broken out into six offices. (120 computers) He was in charge of maintaining all the computers and the networking of the computers, printers and the two large servers in our main office. There were occasions when these servers were down either due to viruses , memory capacities or malfunctions in the switches. Brent was always able to troubleshoot in an efficient manner and get us up and running whether it was a local computer or a networked one. Whenever he was required to be away, he left a number of an associate so that we had services available should we need it.

I would just like to reiterate that it was a pleasure working with him.
