We currently use 2 methods for remote support.

If you are using Google Chrome and have a Google account, you can install the Chrome Remote Desktop extension and use that to share your computer desktop.

Otherwise, you can go to www.mikogo.com and click the join session button in the upper right corner of the screen. Then on the next page, click on the words “Click Here…” and run the software.
